What kind of med spa is Blush?
Blush is a luxurious med spa where we cater to our clients from the moment they walk-in. In fact, even if you don’t have an appointment, we invite you to stop by, have a refreshment, and say hello.
What is involved in my initial consultation?
We believe that every person and their needs are unique so we tailor the initial consult to fit your concerns and needs, therefore no two consults are exactly alike because no two people are exactly alike. But you can be confident that your clinician has the knowledge and experience to thoroughly go through the options available to you, and that a complete plan of treatment will be provided. We use the Visia Skin Analysis System during the first aesthetic consult to map the face for spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, uv spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins. This imaging process provides us with Trueskin AgeÒ -a new, revolutionary metric which guides in selecting the treatment options and products. Plus, we’ll be able to measure the progress of the treatments using imaging.

Amanda Carlile, Nurse Practitioner
Amanda Carlile is a family nurse practitioner. She received her FNP from Baylor University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri through their accelerated nursing program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma. She has been fortunate in her career to work in neurology, cardiology, primary care, urgent care and geriatrics. Her true passion is functional integrative medicine.
She is originally from Oklahoma, but has been in Dallas since 2005. She loves to exercise and be outside in nature. She enjoys spending time with her man and 2 dogs.
Amanda Pace, Physician Assistant
Amanda is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Baylor University and her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She started as a client at Blush 12 years ago and was always drawn to have a career in the aesthetic industry. She thrives in enhancing the confidence of her clients and helping them feel confident in their own skin. She focuses on emphasizing their natural beauty, conservatively, through neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, and skincare.
In her free time Amanda enjoys playing softball, spending quality time with her friends and family, playing with her dog Belle, watching sports, and rooting for her Baylor Bears.
Becky Feldt, Office Administrator
Becky attended The University of Texas. She was fortunate to be able to stay at home with her son growing up, then started working at Facial Techniques when her son went to college in 2006. She met Teresa there and has been by her side ever since, including helping her open Blush! Becky works part-time so she can travel, and spend time with her grandbabies and her husband, Michael. She loves her co-workers like family and has great, long-time relationships with many of our clients.
Jasmin Nunez, Office Coordinator
Jasmin has recently joined our Blush team as an Office Coordinator. She comes to us from a small town outside of Dallas with a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. Jasmin enjoys interacting with all our clients and takes pride in making sure they are taken care of from the moment they walk in, to the time they check out. Drawn to the outdoors, you can find her playing sand volleyball, hiking, or attending most music and food festivals around the Dallas area.
Jill Wallace, Office Manager/Patient Director
Jill met and worked with Teresa at Facial Techniques and has been part of the Blush family since 2013. Beyond her experience in Aesthetic offices, Jill has a background in banking and human resources. She manages the front office, as well as coordinating with clinicians so each client experiences a personalized approach to their Aesthetic needs. Jill’s cheery disposition and professional rapport with clients and coworkers help promote a positive atmosphere here at Blush.
In her free time, Jill enjoys being outdoors, hiking in Colorado any time she can get away, painting and spending time with her family and friends!
LeeAnn Hassell, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician
Lee Ann has a passion for skincare and has been an Aesthetician for over 20 years. After receiving her Associate Degree in Merchandising and Marketing, she decided to pursue a career in Aesthetics in 2001. She received further training and certification from the National Laser Institute in 2010.
During this time, she has developed expertise in the treatment of laser hair removal, skin tightening, photo facials, Chemical peels, Hydrafacials, derma plane, Micro dermabrasion and makeup application. She also has a great deal of expertise in evaluating skin types and needs to determine the best skin care regiment, both in-office and at home. In her off time, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and her puppy. She loves to visit with friends over lunch or other outings.
Maddie Ibanez, Laser Technician
Maddie has been a Blush Team Member since 2019. She received her Laser Technician License at Empower Health & Aesthetics Institute and her Aesthetics License at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute. Her passion for Medical Aesthetics and Skincare is undeniable and it shows in her treatments! She enjoys nothing more than helping her clients feel attractive and confident in their own skin! Outside of Blush, Maddie loves to practice self-care and spend quality time with her friends, family and two big puppies, August and Beckham.
Elizabeth McDonald, Office Coordinator
While Elizabeth comes to us from various realms of customer service and office administration, she has thrived as an office coordinator in this industry which is new to her. Outside the office you can find her spending time with her 3 crazy pups, traveling, and enjoying many of the local restaurants with her friends and family. Born and raised in Dallas, she is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, and her favorite day of the week is game day!
